Pleasant and tastefully renovated hotel in very central location. Staff was excellent, courteous, prompt and forthcoming. We were given and upgrade room which we appreciated for space, light and tasteful decor.

The staff were all extremely lovely and very helpful. We were given all the information we needed at check in any time we passed staff in the hallway or spa they were warm and friendly. Great location short walk from train station and to the beach front, spa facilities were nice.

When I booked the hotel room, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the hotel offered rooms both in the main building and in a dependency located on the ground floor of an adjacent residential building. Initially, it didn't seem appropriate for a 5-star hotel, which is not specified as an aparthotel, to have rooms in a dependency. When I contacted Booking, they only suggested that I resolve the issue with the hotel staff. After initially being offered an alternative room in the hotel, but in the attic without additional costs, I declined and considered leaving, preferring to lose the money on the accommodation. However, the manager made every effort to ensure I had a pleasant stay, worthy of 5 stars, and offered me a Junior Suite at no extra cost. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the location was very convenient if you need to get around

I read a number of negative reviews online before staying here and had my concerns, thankfully the Hotel exceeded my expectations. The Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer and all prices were communicated clearly to me. The room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly during my stay. Spa access was included in my stay. I stayed in the secondary building but it’s literally next door. Breakfast is €30 and spa access if not included in your stay is €50. The cost of those are consistent with the local area. As a side note a 3 mile taxi to Portofino will cost you €50 as a tourist. For the price I paid the Hotel was excellent, especially considering the cost of other 5* Hotels in the area.

The room was very nice and well serviced. Lots of storage in the room. The location was good to everything...beach, train, shopping, restaurants. Mateo, at the front desk was espcecially helpful to us. He arranged so many nice things.

Great stay at LHP, very good location and good service! What was the most amazing is the conciergerie, especially Feliciano who made our trip memorable! Not only he understood the vibe and type of places we were looking for, but he also made bookings in those busy and overbooked places. He really made our stay unforgettable and we will always cherish those memories thanks to him! Thank you again Feliciano!

Very nice small spa, all for us for about 1h30'. I even booked a pedicure treatment, which felt really good, especially for the kindness of the aesthetician. It was the perfect solution to a rainy and windy day. Very cool furniture and interiors. Adorable baldaquin bed and incredibly big bathroom with bidet, toilet, shower and double sinks. Adorable welcome message with cookies, restaurants and sightseeing recommendations.

The hotel is in the city centre and 4 minutes to Santa Margherita train station. We were able to walk everywhere on our stay. The staff is outstanding and helpful, we were provided with an early check in and complementary drinks. Don’t hesitate to step up your room if you’re in doubt. The rooms on 4th floor are gorgeous and ideal for a couple. Sig.ra Simona from front desk does everything in her power to help you with your requests. She was exceptional.

Loved our 2 night stay at LHP. Close to the train station. We were welcomed at reception with cappuccinos and treats. Our room was very well appointed and we enjoyed the spa after our busy days of sightseeing. All staff were lovely and helpful. Check in and check out very efficient. Highly recommend staying at LHP.

We stayed in the hotel sometimes before and like it a lot . The staff was very nice and helpful. Very good Breakfast, beside the first day .The buffet was quite empty . The rooms are nice and clean .
